About Me

I am an artist and freelance illustrator. One day it struck me that in order to be happy in my life, I needed to do things that make me happy. What a lightbulb moment! (-; After such a brilliant deduction, I knew those things included food and cooking, drawing, and painting. Well, actually, those three things plus reading, movies, music, and anything having to do with Al Pacino and languages and magazines. Um, you see why I couldn't name my blog "Eat, draw, write, read, rock, Al Pacino, and world cultures" right? Anyway, I'm just trying to create the life I want for myself and hope to share my wacky art, tasty creations, and fabulous insights (hmm) with you! Life is for livin' baby! Let's squeeze every precious drop out of it--even if it's just by enjoying your morning coffee from a beautiful cup while you're sitting on your front step and a wonderful breeze blows through your hair. Savor it all!
