I happen to be a true lover of rainy day...so languid.  Ah...  I belong in Portland, I just know it!

Day 106. Rainy Day with a Poem (SOLD)

It was a rainy, cold day today-- 

A coat-changing day. 

A fall coat needed for morning spring, and

a winter coat pulled close for springtime eve.

We think to ourselves,

will we ever get a reprieve

from blustery winds and swirling, rotted leaves?

And just when hope falters from gloomy clouds we seemingly can never cleave,

we spot glimpses of new birth cloaked in soft, baby green.
